We believe in the power of travel - to transform, to delight, to educate, and to grow. Through travel, we can learn about other cultures, people, and ways of life. Our hope is that these explorations can help people become more accepting and welcoming of those who do not look, think, or act like them.
Uniglobe operates in 40 countries worldwide, embracing a workforce that represents a wide range of cultures, languages, and perspectives. We pride ourselves on accepting and celebrating all walks of life, ensuring that our organization is as diverse as the destinations we serve.
Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. We foster an inclusive culture where our members and employees feel valued and respected. Our diverse network brings together a multitude of perspectives that drive innovation and creativity. We believe that by embracing our differences, we create a stronger and more dynamic organization.
Since 2005, Uniglobe has been a supporter of Plan International, whose mission is to advance children's rights and equality for girls. Between 2010 and 2018, our efforts were focused on Plan's campaign "Because I am a Girl," helping to build dormitories to make it easier for girls to attend school.
Our recent fundraising has been in support of Plan's work to build schools in refugee camps in Ethiopia for refugees from South Sudan. Throughout our 40+ year history, Uniglobe members around the world have hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, participated in RideLondon, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and much more.
We don’t have all the answers, but we are committed to joining those who seek a better way and a better world. In support of that goal, we encourage you to take a hard look in your community to understand the inequality, prejudice, and discrimination that exists - and then find and support those organizations that are working to correct them.
While we have made progress, we know there is always room for improvement. We are dedicated to listening, learning, and evolving to create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. To uphold transparency, here are our current stats.
